RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Inspect completed work to check that repairs have been completed correctly and that machinery and equipment conform to specifications and safety standards
▪ Monitor the condition of maintenance equipment, materials, parts and tools that are used by maintenance workers in their day-to-day activities
▪ Planning, organizing and monitoring mechanical maintenance activities and engine repair

▪ Implementing all the procedures related to Logistics department

RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Ensures that proper level of stocks are maintained for spare parts tools and other materials.
▪ Control incoming and outgoing tools/measurements and consumable materials
▪ Receives the purchase materials and informs the end user and inform the user requestor to check for technical aspects. Conduct a thorough inspection of the delivered items to determine their condition at the time of the receipt.
▪ Proper storage, & maintenance of all goods inside the warehouse
REQUIREMENTS
▪ Min Diploma (D3) in Engineering

RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Conducts sampling, laboratory tests and chemical analysis on fuel, lube oil and water.
▪ Monitors and evaluates laboratory test analysis results and recommends corrective or preventive actions to meet standard oil and water quality. Coordinates with the Shift Supervisor for the implementation of actions needed
▪ Prepares laboratory test analysis reports

▪ Ensure that all regulations for quality, environment, health, safety (QEHS) are followed accordingly, such as reports of analyses / report any oil spill/report gas leakage/ report of accident
▪ Coordination in plant regarding QHSE issues
▪ Conduct fire drills and safety audits
REQUIREMENTS
▪ D3 or S1 Degree majoring in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering, Marine engineering (or other engineering disciplines)
▪ Having excellent knowledge & capability in handling QEHS

• Develop technical mechanical standards for the construction of special and power plant mechanical equipment and to provide daily and weekly progress reports to ensure the construction is done according to schedule.
• Develop and propose mechanical designs for the construction of power plant to coordinate the designs with the EPC contractors to ensure construction is done according to specification.
• Review and analyze issues on the designs of mechanical construction and to develop recommendations for follow up actions to ensure the issues are accurately and swiftly addressed.
• Coordinate and provide instructions to EPC contractor regarding the mechanical works which has been agreed and instructed by Mechanical Engineering Manager as well as to monitor contractor performance and progress to ensure construction is done as according to the agreed design and schedule

Responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of HSE management systems and programs to ensure the power plant project is in accordance with HSE standards.

• To develop standards or systems for inspections and testing the quality of constructions as well as to ensure that all inspection and testing activities run as according to company standards and policies.
• To develop and plan HSE programs to improve employee and contractor awareness and competencies of HSE aspects.
• To develop and monitor HSE management systems and program implementations to ensure the systems and programs are implemented as according to the prevailing company standards and procedures
• To ensure the investigation and analysis during the occurrence of accidents and incidents are done in accordance with company standards and procedures and to develop the necessary follow up actions for accident/incident prevention.

Job Requirements : 
• Minimum Bachelor Degree from all major (Engineering would be preferable)

6. Safety Scaffolding Inspector

Job Responsibilities : 
Responsible to ensure all the scaffolding in Construction project the in accordance with the prevailing standards, procedures and laws.

• Monitor the design, certification of all scaffolding structure on site according to all relevant specifications and standards.
• Inspect all scaffolds erected with the boundaries of Project construction sites to ensure they are suitable for safe use, and comply with the relevant industrial standards, Company permit work procedures.
• Inspect and assess the condition of the scaffolding material and reject damaged, defective and substandard material.
• Ensure that the Contractor maintain a record of the condition of all scaffolding materials and assemblies to ensure that they are maintained correctly and dispose of the damaged or defective materials.
• Provide advice on the suitability of specialized scaffolds supplied by contracting companies to meet the health and safety requirements of Company, with regard to design and access in case of plant upset conditions.
• Provides technical advice on scaffolding works and participate in work requiring higher level skills.
• Ensure that materials for scaffolds are marked and kept in good condition and safely used.
• Has capability to calculate the counterweight for outboard of heavy duty suspended scaffolding.
• Ensure awareness of and compliance with HSE rules and regulations by the EPC contractor.
• Design and preplanning of the scaffold including the weight of limitations, scaffold type, fall protection, tie off-s, supports, etc.
• Overseeing the erection of the scaffold
• Final inspection of the scaffold prior to initial occupation for use.
• At a minimum, daily inspection and documentation of the condition of the scaffold and its ability to be occupied safely.
• Inspections of scaffolds after changes / alterations have been made.
• Oversight and inspections of mobile scaffolds

Job Requirements : 
• Minimum Diploma graduate majoring in any discipline.

Job Responsibilities : 
Responsible for the implementation of HSE programs to ensure all site operations are done safely and are in accordance with the prevailing standards, procedures and laws.

• Provide safety inductions / re-inductions and training to all site personnel and guests to provide and enhance HSE awareness on site.
• Prepare materials for and to conduct safety talks for all site personnel to ensure the implementation of HSE systems, standards and procedures in all site works

We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

EXTERNAL AFFAIR OFFICER
(Assignment: Head Office)

This position will provide support across external affairs work to provide administrative and project support on agreed work programmes and will help in identifying, maintaining and building relationships with an external stakeholders; be well organised administratively. The role will also include monitoring relevant permit developments and drafting articles, consultation responses and updates as required
Requirements: 
• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Public Affairs, Communications or related fields
• Min. 2 years experiences of working in a policy and/or external affairs role.
• Possess strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate with all levels.
• Experience of working effectively in collaboration with multiple external partners and stakeholders
• Good negotiation skill.
• Ability to keep sensitive or confidential data/document.
• Ability to work extended hours to meet job objectives.
Responsibilities: 
• Identifying, engaging, and securing support from external stakeholder especially regulator or policymaker for maintaining PLSS Projects compliance.
• Identifies key stakeholders with whom to engage and, to accurately and effectively deliver key messages to major counterparts and stakeholders on priority PLSS initiatives
• Works closely with POSB operation related to external affairs work to ensure that POSB work effectively reaches key stakeholders from government, private sector associations etc
• Prepares short and medium-length write-ups and presentations to be used to inform audiences of stakeholder or operations and priorities or to support speaking and other public engagements.
• Supports effective high-level Management and senior staff engagement with key stakeholders from government institutions, parliamentary/congressional staff; government agencies; the media; as well as leading policy institutions, nongovernmental organizations and the private sector.
• Supporting the group’s work and meetings (including taking notes), working with External Affairs Manager
• To run effective administrative systems for external affairs communications function, including capturing and evaluating programs (i.e security, CSR etc) coverage and impact
• Maintain and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.
